Poland Alloys' Quality Policy

The supreme goal of Poland Alloys operations is to fulfill agreed Customers’ needs and requirements in range of raw materials for steelworks and foundries, steel products and scrap trade.
This goal is realized through:
- continuous focus on Customers’ needs and expectations,
- acquiring products from qualified suppliers thus accepting responsibility for their quality,
- proper storage and transportation of products,
- trainings improving employee’s qualifications and quality conscience,
- maintaining the Quality Management System in compliance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2001,
- monitoring and measuring of realized processes,
- evaluating the functioning of the System during internal audits and management reviews carried out by the management.

The quality policy is a part of general Poland Alloys’ strategy and forms a framework for setting and reviewing the realization of quality goals. All employees’ actions are performed in accordance with this policy.

Realization of declared level of services is achieved by actions in compliance with the current state of knowledge and law, an through continuous development of our functioning and efficiency of Quality Management System.

We declare provision of resources necessary for functioning of the System. The policy is available for all the employees and customers and to anyone interested.
